Oversee and coordinate all kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and supervision of culinary teams;

• Plan and develop menus, manage food preparation and presentation, while ensuring adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards;

• Ensure proper execution of cooking techniques and consistency in taste, appearance, and portioning;

• Monitor inventory levels, support cost control efforts, and liaise with suppliers as needed;

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, in alignment with the objectives of the role and the organization.


Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, following a 6x1 schedule;

• Minimum of 6 months of verified experience in a similar role;

• Must reside in or near Ilhéus, Serra Grande, or Itacaré;

• Strong proficiency in culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
