Nestled by the sea, The Idle Rocks and St Mawes Hotels are boutique coastal retreats known for personalised guest experience, understated luxury, and charming character. With beautifully appointed rooms, impeccable service, and a destination restaurant led by our Executive Chef, we offer a serene yet vibrant escape for discerning travellers.


We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to oversee room revenue strategies across two distinctive properties, one within the Relais and Chateaux group of hotels. This part-time role requires strong analytical skills and proven experience in hotel revenue management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored room revenue and pricing strategies for each hotel.
  • Establish a reservations strategy that focuses on commercial performance, guest service, whilst optimising technology and efficiency.
  • Manage the technical aspects of rate and package allocation across all distribution channels, both externally and internally.
  • Monitor performance on OTAs and direct booking platforms closely. Open/close availability were required to maximise bookers/covers.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to inform pricing decisions, in turn driving commercial performance.
  • Integrate with the wider Marketing and PR agency team to align activities with commercial strategy and support activation and hotel coordination.
  • Ensure accurate configuration and maintenance of PMS and related systems.
  • Instil a sales environment to upsell at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hotel revenue management, ideally within luxury or boutique properties.
  • Strong knowledge of PMS, OTAs, and channel management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and forecast trends.
  • Awareness of emerging trends within hospitality, including awareness of the PR and Marketing landscape.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

English and maths essential.
