For the 2026 season, we are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Rang who will become a key reference point in ensuring our guests receive impeccable service — in line with the highest standards of Borgo Pignano and Relais & Châteaux.
You will coordinate the dining room operations, support junior staff training, and help craft unforgettable gastronomic experiences.
Your Responsibilities
Warmly welcome guests and promptly accompany them to their tables in the F&B outlets
Coordinate, supervise, and organize the dining service
Ensure cleanliness and attention to every service detail
Anticipate guests’ needs to guarantee complete satisfaction
Deliver high-quality service while maintaining customer satisfaction and adhering to Borgo Pignano and Relais & Châteaux standards
Support the training and development of the Commis de Rang
Manage the service through to completion, creating unforgettable memories for our guests
Reports to: Restaurant Manager
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position
A 5-star mindset with a professional yet friendly approach
Strong teamwork attitude
Attention to detail
Customer-oriented mindset
Emotional intelligence: sensitivity to the needs and feelings of guests and colleagues, with the ability to manage one’s own emotions under pressure
Passion for service, courtesy, and discretion
Well-groomed appearance and strong communication skills
Good knowloged of English
Respect for nature and appreciation for the values it represents
Valid HACCP certification
Own vehicle required
