We’re looking for a Bartender who shares our passion for friendly, exceptional service and storytelling throughout the culinary journey.
✨ Your Role as Bartender:
Crafts exceptional cocktails, mocktails, and classic drinks with flair.
Provides warm, attentive service to exceed guest's expectations.
Shares knowledge of wines, spirits, and local ingredients.
Keeps the bar stocked, clean, and running smoothly.
Maintains impeccable standards of presentation and etiquette.
Contributes to a culture of excellence, learning, and genuine care.
Upholds the highest standards of etiquette, presentation, and professionalism.

Previous bartending experience in a fine dining setting.
Deep understanding of a variety of beverages, including mixology.
A calm, charismatic presence and a genuine love for hospitality.
Strong communication and organisational skills.

Salary: from £30,654.00 - £32,292.00 per year
Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being from £240 to £550 per month.
Hours: 45 hours per week.
