Cashel Palace Hotel is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join The Queen Anne Room

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant, lead the front-of-house team during service, and ensure exceptional guest experiences delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise dining standards
• Lead and support the front-of-house team during service
• Deliver warm, professional and attentive guest service
• Ensure excellent product knowledge of menu
• Support training, service preparation and operational standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety procedures
