Twin Farms is seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper to join our team in Barnard, Vermont.
This is a hands-on outdoor role for someone who takes pride in maintaining beautiful spaces and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team. Our grounds are an important part of the Twin Farms guest experience, and this position helps ensure the property remains welcoming, safe, and exceptionally well cared for throughout the year.

What You’ll Do
Maintain lawns, gardens, pathways, outdoor spaces, and landscaped areas throughout the property.
Mow, trim, rake, weed, mulch, prune, and assist with seasonal planting.
Support irrigation, watering, and general landscape maintenance.
Assist with snow removal, sanding, shoveling, and winter property care.
Maintain walkways, roads, entrances, and outdoor guest areas.
Operate and care for landscaping equipment, hand tools, and small machinery.
Assist with seasonal property projects and special events.
Identify maintenance, safety, or property concerns and communicate them to the team.
Help keep work areas, equipment, and storage spaces clean and organized.
Work closely with Grounds, Facilities, and other departments to support the needs of the property.
Assist with other outdoor and property-related projects as needed.
Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, property maintenance, farming, or outdoor work experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions throughout the year.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
Ability to safely use hand tools, landscaping equipment, and machinery.
Comfortable performing physical work including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.
Willingness to help wherever needed and work collaboratively with the team.
Valid driver's license preferred.
Availability for early mornings, weekends, holidays, and winter weather coverage as needed.
